With experience managing hundreds of units, Angela retains the high-level property management skills in all operational objectives, including tenant procurement, lease and addendum preparation, legal compliance, tenant rent collection, client revenue disbursements, maintenance requests, capital improvement oversight, dispute resolution, property marketing, occupancy management, and so much more.
