About Joanna
Born in Massachusetts, Joanna has spent over 50 years in Central Florida, making it her beloved home. Growing up in Winter Park, Florida, she honed her professional skills and strong work ethic while supporting local civil engineering companies. Her journey commenced as an administrative assistant at a sizable Civil Engineering firm in Winter Park, where she steadily shouldered increasing corporate responsibilities.

Following the start of her family, Joanna leveraged her experience to establish her own business, aiding a local land surveying firm in creating and managing a document management system aimed at transitioning paper files into digital format. Her organizational prowess shines as her greatest asset. Meticulously detail-oriented, she serves as the go-to person for keeping track of schedules and work commitments. At one point, she efficiently managed domestic and worldwide travel arrangements for an entire company of civil engineers, handling airfare, accommodations, passport and VISA applications, along with reconciling corporate credit card receipts.

Joanna's guiding principle is unwavering: "No matter your job title, always give 100% effort. Reliability, a strong work ethic, kindness, and respect for others are values I uphold daily. My aim is to contribute wherever I can and be a productive team member."

Outside of work, Joanna finds joy in the lakeside lifestyle of Chuluota, Florida. Her weekends are often spent with family, enjoying boating and wakeboarding on Central Florida's waterways. Her best days involve exploring farmers' markets, attending local festivals and dining at restaurants, and embarking on tours of craft breweries. Joanna is a dedicated animal lover, caring for 3 dogs, 2 adopted cats, and a group of 10-12 deer residing in her backyard.
